Allergy – related liability exclusion
While Alue strives to provide accurate and detailed information about our products, including their ingredients and potential allergens, It is sole responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of our products for their individual needs. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, adverse health effects or related damaged which may occur as a result of use.
Exchange Products Policy
Change of Mind : you may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the products are in their original condition. This means with original packaging, including any accessories being given.
Defective or damaged items : If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can initiate an exchange. You should notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receipt.
Incorrect Items : in case you receive an item which is different from what you ordered, we will facilitate an exchange or return promptly. Please prior notify us.
Return and Exchange Process Policy
Initiating a Request
- Contact our customer support team via email at support@aluethai.com. Provide your order number, a detail description of the reason for the exchange or return, and any relevant photos or evidence (in case of damaged or defective items)
- Our customer support will review your request within 5 working days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation reply with instruction on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Change of Mind : For returns or exchange due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage, as we will not be liable for lost or damaged returns during transit.
- Defective or damaged items or Incorrect items : If the return of exchange is due to a product defect, damage or incorrect item being sent, we will cover return shipping costs.

- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for exchange or return.
- If the product meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the exchange or refund as describe. If product does not meet the criteria, we will notify you.

Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for your order depends on several factors, including the destination, the weight and size of the package and the chosen shipping method. For US, if you order $29.9 or above, we offer free standard shipping, if below, we do not. For other location, we do not cover shipping costs.
Estimated Delivery Time

Cancelling Recurring Orders Policy
You can cancel a recurring order at anytime before the next scheduled billing and shipment/ delivery date. Once an order has been billed and processed for shipment, the cancellation will apply only to future installments and the current charge will remain valid.
